In response to state quarantine in an effort to mitigate the spread of Coronavirus, this print represents the sense of utter isolation I have felt and the anxiety that weighs on me knowing my body is the perfect host for Coronavirus. We are all feeling the anxiety, the loss, and bearing the emotional struggle. Some fear infection, others fear unemployment or how to pay rent, and for some the lack of hugs and sharing laughter or tears face to face is the hardest part. We are together alone.
My mom raised me to be kind to guests, but Coronavirus? I have no interest in playing the perfect host!
