 Store Policies & Shipping

We recommend choosing Priority Mail via USPS for shipping as this option insures your order up to $100 and tracking included. Chimera Press will not be held responsible for lost or damaged goods. We take every precaution available to protect artwork for the journey to its new home. First Class packages include tracking, but not insurance. Please keep your tracking number available until your order has arrived. For customers who have chosen shipping options that include insurance, if your order arrives damaged, once the USPS fulfills your claim, we will happily replace your prints via a new order, but cannot guarantee the availability of editioned (limited run) prints.

Please contact us if you'd like to arrange for additional insurance or shipping services.

Prints will be packed as described in their bio, sealed in a protective plastic sleeve and either flat packed or rolled in cardboard poster tubes.

Each fine art print is handmade, and by nature of these processes there may be small imperfections, but if it’s up for sale, it’s been closely eyed and deemed fit for consumption. (Please don’t eat them.) Long before reaching the shop each print has been thoughtfully designed, carefully registered, printed with muscle, whoopsies weeded out, the winners cropped meticulously, and editioned prints signed and numbered. Photo examples of editioned prints do not necessarily represent the exact print that will be sent regarding number in edition, but will otherwise appear the same. The shop is set up to sell what is actually available unless offering commissioned work or an open edition (no limit to number and unsigned or signed without editioning on back). If for some reason the artwork you have ordered is no longer available you will be refunded for the unavailable item.

Chimera Press reserves the right to adjust prices on our site without notice and to alter the terms or duration of special offers/promotions.

Orders are typically filled within 1-3 days. With Coronavirus as a very real threat we are limiting our trips to the post office to remain responsible to our community, protecting our neighbors, loved-ones, and ourselves.
