mountain man

$23.00

Every time we go on a road trip my partner and I make a wishlist of the birds or other animals we hope to see along the way. On a 2,000 mile road trip west through Yellowstone National Park the bird highest on my list that year was a Mountain Bluebird (Sialia currucoides). I hadn't checked it off my life list and on day one of our Yellowstone adventure we saw males and females up close and personal. They did not disappoint! If you don't live in their range or you just can't get yourself outside these days to make their acquaintance, we've got you covered. The bluest natural blue I've ever laid eyes on can't be captured, not legally, but this little fella will capture your heart taking a close second to the real deal. You can even tickle his floof and he won't fly away.

3-color hand-pulled screen print. Turquoise, medium grey, rich black. Printed on archival Strathmore bristol (smooth/low tooth) 270 GSM paper.
